Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation. You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, carrot, oats, almonds,and other nuts, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective, boiled rice is alos effecotive.necer skip meals. Have frequent meals in smaller portions. Take care.
