Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. hi first step is to maintain good hydration ,its very important give few sips of water to your child at regular intervals of 2 hours give luke warm water with pinch of haldi ,salt and two drops of ghee in one tsp quantity at one hour gap
