Q.

#asktheexpert naval of my 1 month old baby is little bit swollen? is it a cause of concern? there is no pain to baby while touching it. the cord was detached within a week of her birth. while she is breathing in out the naval comes out and goes inside.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and she is having a umbilical hernia so don’t make her cry and bind cotton clothes belt on her umbilicus for three weeks

A. please consult your doctor for this then only the correct diagnosis and treatytment suggestion is possible after clinical examination and knowing complete history. its very difficult to comment here . .
