#asktheexpert My wife not eating eggs regularly I am really concerned about her choline intake since RDA recommends 500mg atleqst daily. My doctor is also not aware about choline even if I ask them. any solution for this or any tablets for choline which is safe during pregnancy.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. other supplements h na if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
