take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat protein rich diet.
stay hydrated .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. You Can plan your second child now but you will have to be ready for another C section only because once if you had a C-section the second surgery second delivery is also going to be with C section only if you plan another child within 6 to 7 years
