my first delivery is c-section on Dec 30 can I get normal delivery for 2nd one is there any chance if I was planned after 1 or 2 years #Asktheexperts#

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
