#asktheexpert My son has severe cold and he is unable to breathe, how to remove mucus from his nose. Using saline drops now, can you please help. Doc has suggested Maxtra and Kufril la and Sporidex. But still it's not cured, has cold for 4 days, pls help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. hkj
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
