#AskTheExpert _My son has a continuous fever and cold in the evening time. Can you please suggest on this

A. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and he is getting a fever and cold at every evening times so get his blood examined for maleria and give him 3 ml syrup sinarest three times a day

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatmednt accordingly along with a proper hydration .

A. good afternoon there is absolutely no problem as such but I would recommend that you should try to get flu vaccination done for your child to make sure that the child is not getting common coffee and cold
