#AskTheExpert My son (9 yrs old), takes too long (30-40 min) in toilet to get fresh… is it normal?

A. it is due ti hard. Constipation Is very common in kids mainly in toddlers due to less water intake or less fiber intake . Just increase the quantity of both for normal motions . Also lactulose can be guven but only if age is more than 2 yr .
