#asktheexpert My daughter is 6 years old and her gums are bleeding daily. I saw a dentist and she said her gum is okay no problem with that and bleeding occurs when food items enter the gap between teeth and in cavity. what to do?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Pleae make the baby brush or wash mouth after every meal. Night brushing is highly recommended. Also make a paste of mustard oil and haldi and masaage baby gums. Please avoid high sugar food items and fizzy drinks for the baby. Avoid maida and oily food items. Thanks and take care
