make eating time interesting and encourage self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together.

So What does your child eat you are saying your child doesn’t eat vegetables or anything so what is your time actually eating plain Paratha Chapati you know I mean that’s not right you have to talk to your child you have to make your child understand or try to experiment with food try to make something healthy but the present situation should be Fancy try to give a bit pasta to the child maybe that’s going to be helpful you can give a red sauce pasta also you can give macaroni with vegetables because that way it will be different
