#AskTheExpert My daughter has black patches (about our palm size) over her back and buttocks since birth and these have faded a little in the past 1.5 years, however they are still visible clearly. What could be the reason and will they vanish in future.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it could be Mongolian spots usually it alright by own. so as such no need to worry. but if a child is feeling discomfort because of it ,I would suggest to visit your pediatrician for once.
