A. If you’re giving her atta often then stop it right away try to introduce her jawar roti or other millets. And try to introduce other healthy food.

A. Hi, make sure there is a gap of four hours between each solid feed and minimum of two hours gap to give any liquid feed like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water, vegetable soup. Always give lukewarm water after feeding anything. Give fibre rich food. Avoid junk foods and wheat and Maida products. Take your baby for cycling or walking.
