Minimum 14 is definitely going to be good so your child is approximately 4 KG is underweight and that is a matter of concern I believe you need to actually gear up to have a proper diet and stuff to increase the weight of de Chai Chai would strictly advise you to consult a paediatrician start with a supplement required and a diet Na suggested by a nutritionist
