#asktheexpert my child does not eat vegetables,she only wants chicken. what substitute can be given for vegetables

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no substitute of vegetables. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat.
involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible.
Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid.
Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..
