Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. As long as your baby is active and healthy there is nothing to worry. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
