#asktheexpert my baby is on FM and 6 months old how much water I can offer her with in a day

A. just couple of sips, or 30 ml a day. Even when you start giving them purees or weaning food at around 6 months of age, breast milk and formula are still more important than water. But you can begin to introduce it in very less amount.
