#AskTheExpert my baby is 7months old. she has started with semi solids. i give her ragi porridge in the morning and rice and dal at evening and night. eversince she started semi solids,her stools are sometimes hard. she passes stools after 3-4 days. is this because of the rice and dal? what should be done to prevent such constipation?

If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or 15 times per day- both conditions are totally normal..f
