#AskTheExpert my baby is 7 month old. She is getting hard stool. She takes 2 time solid food like vegetables with rice or dal and fruits along with breast milk. She is crying during stool passing. What should be done for this?

A. Infant commonly become constipated when they start eat foods that their bodies cannot yet digest properly.. So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. Give sips of water after giving solids.
