#asktheexpert My baby is 7.5 months old. After starting solids, he poops 4-5 times a day. During the morning time he strains while pooping. Other times he doesn’t strain much. Is it normal or something to be concerned about?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy6 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Keep giving sips of lukewarm water in between mills. Give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning. Continue with breastfeeding to maintain hydration and nutrition. Speak to your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
