#asktheexpert My baby is 5 yrs.11 months. she has a problem of frequent urination and mainly at night. all the routine test and culture has already done. but no infection find out in reports. can u tell me what is the problem??

A. first of all you have to stop all types of sweet sugary food and preservative based foods because those increase the urinary frequency in the child. also if urine culture was not done please go for it to confirm or rule out urinary infection

A. it's normal, it may happen due to weather or consuming water multiple times. don't give her chilled water. give her water from matka. don't give her lukewarm water, frequent urination may cause by this. if tests are normal, you don't have to worry. due to hot weather we give cold water, juices n all, that's why it may lead to frequent urination.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It can be due to some issue with urinary bladder. But it is really very difficult to say anything without proper examination of the baby. It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
