Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Baby immfunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can bne given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. May be your baby have some kingmd of allergy keep breastfeeding and burp.properly. massage with leukwarm mustard pil 3 to 5 times daily. give your baby i direct steam put a steamer in corner of room so that indirect stea inhale by baby.
