#asktheexpert My baby is 2 now but still his second molar up and down have not erupted but gums feels hard ...what to do

A. Babies are usually born with 20 baby teeth (also known as primary teeth). They start to come through the gums at about 6 months of age. This process is called teething. By the time your baby is 2 to 3 years old, all their teeth will usually have appeared.
