my kid is 15months old. none of her tooth has erupted in her mouth. we can feel hard gums and arches and can feel incisal edge of upper front incisors. but teeth haven't erupted yet.

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry because manyd times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also. so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from yourx side

A. Don't worry Sometimes it can happen anytime by four months. Or even before four months too it happens for few babeis. Sometimes six months sometimes even a year untill 1.5 years most babies will start to have by 11 months.
