my baby is 10 months old but still his tooth has not started yet not even hard gums

A. still no teeth no issue as teething strt at 6 to 15 mnths start with calc phosphorica a homopathic medicine fr teething it helps in easing teething effects as loose motion green stool itching gums use Babyhug teethers
