Hi my baby is 13 months her gums are hard u can slightly see white thing also like teeth but still her tooth us not coming out all her gums are hard

A. hi gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth. give your kid chilled silicon based teething rings to chew on. wait for somw time
