baby second molar has erupted there is a loose skin at the top of tooth is it normal to have

A. No this would not be normal the screen should be firm and tight and if it is like this it is hanging or it is loose and it is definitely some problem is there please check with the paediatric dentist a physical assessment of the situation would be important
