#asktheexpert My baby is 1year 1 month old. Doesn't drink water. He spits it out. I have tried different kind of sippers and open cup but he still refuses to drink water. What can be done to encourage him to drink water?

Put the water in a cup rather than a bottle.
Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. tc

don't force your child.
give water in different forms like soup, coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, nimbupani , fresh fruits juice etc
give glass with spoon to drink water.
