#AskTheExpert my baby is 15 months old ..from last month she has small red dots on her face..I have not changed her diet...what shud I do...right now I apply coconut oil on her face once or twice

A. it can be heat rashes and there is an a need for assessment first mean while you can apply calamine lotion and if you feel that they are spreading you need to check with doctor personally
