#AskTheExpert my baby is 14 days old... done bilirubin test. bilirubin total is 12.38.is it normal?

A. Its A little on the higher side the normal range is about 5 to 5.5 so 12 is normal that way it is not too much higher also if you keep your child in phototherapy your child will have a normal level by a day or two and also after that continue keeping your child in indirect sun rays for about 30 to 40 minutes every day that is also going to help
