ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it's nothing to worry about even if baby does not pass motion for 7 to 8 days if baby is stable and taking propor feeding you just need to take care that baby should pass urine at least it to 10 times in a day
