my baby is 2months old he has not pooped today is 5th day but he is feeding well and passing gas normally but smelly

A. Dear mum, It is normal for many exclusively breastfed babies to not pass stool frequently, it can be even once in 7-8 days. Consult doctor if stomach appears to be bloated.
