my three months old baby has not pooped out for six days. But he is feeding normally. what to do?

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, some babies may not poop for even ten days. As long as your baby is feeding well, is active, has adequate wet counts, tummy feels soft and baby is also comfortable then need not worry. Do not restrict the timing of feed at breast. Allow your baby to feed as long as he wants so that he also gets enough hind milk.
