#AskTheExpert My baby has small pimple like things on his face, neck and tummy.. He is only 27 days old.. I'm not using any baby products on his face except the massage of til oil.. what to do to reduce them??

ShikhaMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. please don't use til oil, u may use olive oil...I had same issue with my kid when he was 10 days old

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Just keep your baby's face clean by washing her skin with warm water and mild baby soap every day, then patting it dry. As for natural baby acne remedies, breast milk — nature's wonderful food — can also be the best medicine, thanks to its antimicrobial properties.
