Q.

#asktheexpert My baby gets distracted a lot when he is feeding from the mother. He doesn't drink sufficient milk to fill his tummy and gets busy playing or goes to sleep. His weight is not increasing much. My wife thinks that may be she is not producing enough milk. What to do so that the baby fills his tummy ?

A. So your wife can take Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk if it helps in increasing the lactation and also it’s common for kids to be distracted so she should try to feed the child in isolation by the child only has access to her face so she can cover it with a sheet when she’s feeding the child
