#AskTheExpert my baby gets congestion easily. he sneezes frequently. even I am getting cold easily after doing household chores. how should I prevent cough and cold ,this is my baby's first winter. 3 month old

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. tthis is due to cd .Nasal block or congestion is due to the common cold and flu mainly due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
