NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello breastfed ba ies will have less waste and can go without passing motion even for a week and if baby does not pass motion even after 7 days then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better iand advise with a suspension if required
