ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. noo.after 6 months only.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

no
you can start feeding semisolid food only after 6 months age.
but till that time ,you must offer breastfeeding only.
no need of anything other than this.
