#AskTheExpert My 7 year old son Aaron hurt his toe yesterday night. A steel bottle filled with water fell on his toe and it was bleeding. The skin under the toe was bleeding continuously to which we applied haldi. once I cleaned the wound I Applied Betadine ointment. I want to know if he needs to be given any tetanus shot. or something. he has been given his vaccination when he was 5 yrs old. Also is it safe to use Neosporin powder on the wound? pls advice
