Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear yellow discharge from the eyes is mainly due to blocked their glands in babies and it is very common . nothing to worry . just wipe the eyes with wet squeezed cotton ball and you need to press the area between the nose and the eyes gently daily. you can refer a YouTube video for it it will help to open the tear ducks it will take 2 to 3 month to open the ducts if still any doubt then consult with your local pediatrician
