Height is genetic and depends on the height of the parents.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby.
include food rich in protein like egg chicken meat fish lentils black chana sprouts, food rich in calcium like milk and milk products, give banana, dry fruits and nuts for height increase
