#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my little one has smell issues.when ever I get something to eat he smell it and doesn't eat.he is always hesitant to eat anything and try anything.he just refuses and is not ready to eat

don't worry
if the baby wants to smell the food let him but try to give him one pot meals like
milkshakes
lasis
sheera
paneer parathas
mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee
add nuts powder in milk

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. It happens at times. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given
