Hi some kids are fussy yea you can give as juices, milkshakes, you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
