In evey trimester have different diet plan, which need your complete information like age, weight, height, haemoglobin level or certain blood tests, medical history, symptoms of each trimester.. Etc
Keeping all this points only a dietician can plan proper diet.. So good to consult dietician in person for same.

avoid oily and spicy foods
keep yourself well hydrated
avoid papaya and pineapple
