#asktheexpert mam, my period days are shorter.. 3 years ago I gave birth normally a baby boy after that my period time is 7 days and after that it reduces to 5 and now it's only 3 days. us it normal or not

A. Next time better consult your doctor and get a scan Done to see how thick your endometrium is and at the same time also, check your thyroid profile once because even that may hamper the cycles
