ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Due to the hormonal changes and the breastfeeding pattern you may not get your periods even upto 6-12 months after giving birth.
But you have to keep using contraception because they are unpredictable

just wait for one more month .
if you still do not get periods then consult with you gynecologist once and get yourself examined properly.
just take healthy diet.
take post pregnancy supplements on time.
avoid stress.
