#AskTheExpert Hello ma’am I delivered a baby boy five months ago. I am waiting for my periods how much time it will take to come period mam please suggest

Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

it is not predictable.
because if you are nursing mother,it may possible that you may not get your periods throughout the whole breastfeeding journey.
