SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl7 months agoA. Purchase one saline nasal drops spray, which will give some kind of remedy. Spray the same in the nostrils, where the medication will reach towards throat area which will clear bacterias in the throat which was causing cold and cough. Only boiled hot water is suitable for drinking or food preperation.
