#asktheexpert madam, I have been diagnosed with multiple discs l3-l4, l4-l5 & l5-s1 along with paracentral disc protrusion causing stenosis abutment of traversing nerve root. And also hemangioma on l3 after 5, months of c sec. what can be the causes and treatment? I have severe ankle pain which is consistent

The Doctor Who specialises in this car only tell you the right reasons behind it and treat with because it looks quite vast basically that you have been suffering from its better to consult a specialist in this area and then go ahead with treatment physiotherapy would definitely be one of the best things for this
