Hello mom normally after delivery thoda difficult ho jata hai weight reduce karna as bahut hormonal changes bhi hota hai , tho aap processed, refined aur sugary foods avoid kare , heavy meals after late evenings bhi reduce kare .. light he le .. physical exercise mein apne aap involve kare for atleast 30 to 45 mins
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, to lose weight, you have to eat mindfully. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Don’t store or buy junk. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
